Geometrie
Speed demands stiffness, but comfort requires a subtler approach. The Axial Race blends both, making it a formidable mile-munching companion. The double butted Superliter aluminium chassis features an oversized, cross-ovalised down tube, tapered head tube, PressFit bottom bracket and 3D forged dropouts optimised for disc brakes. All of these details contribute to its impressive rigidity, meaning that every ounce of your effort goes into propelling the bike forward. The carbon fork blades and slender seat stays, on the other hand, are specifically designed to improve comfort and help filter out vibration - so you can ride in comfort for longer. Internal cable routing is the finishing touch, complementing the frame's clean lines and reducing the need for maintenance.
