We created waves with the Stereo 160 SL 27.5 on its introduction. The combination of almost bottomless travel, trail-ready low weight, intuitive handling and reliable components quickly propelled this bike to the top of any aspiring enduro or alpine trail rider's wishlist. For 2018 we've stuck with this winning formula, speccing Shimano 2x11 XT transmission components and a superb Fulcrum Red55 EM wheelset with 27mm inner width rims. A Fox 34 Float fork and Float DPS shock help keep the rubber side down on even the rowdiest of trails, while Race Face cockpit components and a CUBE dropper post mean you're always in control. This is the real deal - a complete package for taking on any trail and coming out on top, guaranteed.

The Stereo 160 SL 27.5's four pivot frame is a prime example of the current state of the art in frame design and construction. Triple butted 7005 High Performance Aluminium tubes, put through a hydroforming process to reduce weight and add strength, combine with Boost 148x12 rear axle and Trail Motion Rocker linkage to provide a rigid frame structure that's still remarkably light for its travel class. Our Efficient Trail Control system ensures the best possible suspension performance, regardless of frame size. And the standard-setting lively steering and stable downhill performance is thanks to the carefully honed Agile Trail Geometry, which we've spent years refining.
