GEOMETRY
The CUBE engineering team has done it again. The Sting Hybrid 140 Race's frame is surprisingly light, perfectly proportioned, engagingly agile and, above all, perfectly matched to the Bosch CX drive system. Features like Boost hubs, a tapered steerer and custom, one piece down tube all contribute to a frame that's stiff where it needs to be, but still lively and responsive. Agile Trail Geometry and carefully tuned kinematics put you firmly in control, no matter how tight or steep the trail. The PowerTube battery sits beneath a dust and splash-resistant cover, allowing us to include a bottle cage mount but still leaving the option of charging without removing it from the frame. And internally routed cables take the worry out of maintenance, leaving you with precise gear shifts and clean looks. We even remembered to add a quick and easy dropper post upgrade option, to add a dose of extra confidence on those steep, rocky descents. The only thing we didn't include was a spirit of adventure - that's up to you.
