We don't think you should have to modify a bike you've just bought for your child in order to make it safer on the road. That's why, with the Acid 240 Allroad, we've included all the accessories you're ever likely to need. There's mudguards for wet weather, LED lights so that your child can see and be seen, and a front brake modulator to help prevent over-the-bars accidents. The suspension fork adds comfort and control on rough surfaces. A 7-speed transmission features easy shifting and a wide range. And there's even a kickstand - no tree, park bench or wall required.

GEOMETRY
Built from the same heat-treated 6061 aluminium tubes as our adult bikes, the Acid 240 Allroad's frame is every bit as tough as a full-size mountain bike, but with the right weight and proportions for a child. A full range of accessories - including mudguards, lighting system and kickstand - means it's fully equipped for any adventure. The handling is designed to be both fun and confidence-inspiring. And, because we know accidents can happen, we made the gear hanger easily replaceable so that a knock or crash needn't result in an expensive repair.
