So, as well as Bosch's fourth-generation CX drive unit, you'll find a full complement of Shimano XT 12-speed components for unmatched gear range and smooth, reliable shifting - every time. There's a matching pair of Shimano XT four-piston hydraulic disc brakes, for powerful and dependable stopping in any weather conditions. A RockShox Judy Gold Air suspension fork - developed for the demands of mountain biking - with 100mm of easy-to-adjust travel to smooth out the road ahead. And a full complement of practical, durable accessories from full-length mudguards, integrated light set - with 180 lumen sidelight, for even better visibility - and kickstand. Star of the show, of course, is the Bosch CX motor and new CUBE Modular Battery System, both of which sit unobtrusively inside our new, mountain bike-inspired Kathmandu frameset. Sleek, stiff and more than strong enough to pass our in-house torture testing with flying colours, it's full of the neat touches that are the hallmarks of CUBE frame design. Internal cable routing keeps your gears shifting smoothly for longer, with minimal maintenance. The tapered head tube works with the suspension fork's thru-axle to deliver impeccably accurate, intuitive steering even with a full load. And the built-in Integrated Carrier 2.0 is the neatest, stiffest and strongest way to use your Bosch e-bike as a load carrier, whether you're tackling a daily commute, running to the shops or planning a multi-day tour.
